Eloy Chio Jr, MBA-HCA, currently serves as a Performance Improvement Data Analyst at South Texas Health System, where responsibilities include facilitating an organization-wide Performance Improvement Program and participating in six sigma quality projects. Previously, Eloy coordinated operations for a Monkeypox response task force at General Dynamics Information Technology and led a COVID-19 Case Investigation team for the CDC Foundation, ensuring quality assurance of investigative activities. Early in the pandemic, Eloy worked as a COVID-19 Analyst for Hidalgo County, focusing on epidemiological analysis and data compilation. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Texas A&M University. Additional experience includes roles in customer service and data collection.
