Joseph Hall

Joseph Hall has extensive experience in health and safety management within the water and construction industries. Currently serving as the Head of Health and Safety at Affinity Water since August 2022, Joseph also holds the position of Director of Health, Safety, Security & Assurance Operations at South West Water from May 2021. Previous roles include significant tenures at Thames Water, where responsibilities included Head of Health, Safety, Security & Wellbeing from January 2013 to May 2021, and earlier positions at Balfour Beatty Plc and Carillion. In these roles, Joseph focused on advising on health and safety issues, leading teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, and communicating legislative updates across organizations.
