Melanie Williams has extensive work experience in the legal field. Melanie began their career as a Senior Associate at Jackson McDonald Lawyers in 1995 and remained in this role until 2000. Following this, they worked as a Commercial Lawyer/Assistant Treasurer at Woodside Energy Ltd from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Qatar Petroleum as a Senior Counsel (Projects) until 2007. Melanie then worked as Of Counsel at Norton Rose Group in 2007 and as Counsel at Ashurst LLP from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Tap Oil Limited.
