Laura Swier Kotelman

Laura Swier Kotelman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health administration and grant management. Currently serving as a Registered Grant Reviewer at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) since January 2018, Laura has also held various roles at Southcentral Foundation since 2007, including HRSA USDA Grant Project Director and Senior Business Planner. Additional experience includes serving as a Rural Health Committee Member for the National Association of Community Health Centers from January 2014 to December 2015, and working as Direct Marketing/Development Coordinator at The Salvation Army from April 2003 to January 2006. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Sioux Falls and a Master’s degree in Business from Auburn University, with educational experience at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2000.
