Becky Goncalves has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on benefits management. Becky started their career in 2008 as a Human Resources Manager at Child and Family Services of Newport County, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, Becky joined Southcoast Health, where they held various roles including Senior Benefits Analyst, Benefits Manager, and Manager of Benefits. Becky currently serves as the Director of Shared Services & Benefits at Southcoast Health as of June 2019.

Becky Goncalves received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
