Chris Wellings

Chris Wellings has had an extensive career in HR, starting at British Rail in the UK and later moving on to Sussex Police where they held various HR roles, including Former HR Services Manager Resourcing & Wellbeing. Currently, at Southdown, Chris holds the position of HR Manager and has experience in long term strategic workforce planning and managing well-being strategies. They were also Deputy Chair of the Gay Police Association in Sussex.
