Chelsey Meise

Chelsey Meise is a seasoned professional in machine learning and risk modeling, currently serving as the Manager of Machine Learning - Risk Modeling at Southeast Toyota Finance since June 2015. Chelsey founded the company's inaugural machine learning team, overseeing the management of $16 billion in retail installments and leases, and leading development in capital reserve modeling and credit loss forecasting. Previously, Chelsey worked at Ally Financial Inc. as a Quantitative Analyst, enhancing business decisions through statistical modeling and risk management. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Data Analyst at the University of Pennsylvania, where Chelsey contributed to 19 published studies and managed surgical databases.
