Cecily Culbertson

Cecily Culbertson has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being as a Sr. Director of Human Resources at Southeastern Grocers, which they started in February 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Bilo Holdings/Harveys Supermarket from November 2014 to February 2017. Cecily also worked as a District Human Resource Specialist at Winn-Dixie from November 2011 to November 2014.

Cecily Culbertson earned a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising and Buying Operations from Florida State University between 1998 and 2002. In addition, they obtained certifications in Developing Mentoring in Others Achievement and Dale Carnegie of the Mid-South Immersion Certificate from Dale Carnegie Training in 2023. Cecily also holds a certification in Leadership, Team Building and Coaching Skill for Managers from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack, obtained in 2019.
