Elisa Richard is a seasoned professional in CRM and customer engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager of CRM at Southeastern Grocers since July 2023. Previously, Elisa worked as an Email Marketing Specialist at Florida Virtual School, where strategic management of CRM and direct channel communications was executed.
