Jo McCauley

Jo McCauley has a diverse work experience spanning over a 23-year period. Jo has held various leadership and managerial roles in well-known companies in the insurance and financial services industries.

Starting in 1998, Jo McCauley worked as an Account Executive at Red Marketing Communications before moving on to Osprey Advertising as an Account Executive in 2000.

In 2000, they joined HBOS, where they worked as a Marketing Executive for mortgages and later as a Customer Relationship Manager for business banking.

Jo McCauley then transitioned to Tesco Bank in 2003 and held several roles, including Marketing Manager for lending, Product Manager for travel insurance, and Commercial Product Manager for car insurance. During their tenure, they achieved significant growth in Travel Insurance sales and reduced acquisition costs.

In 2012, Jo McCauley joined Southern Cross Health Society as a Product Manager, responsible for the development of Advisor Health Insurance plans.

Later that year, they moved to GE Capital as a Marketing Leader, where they led acquisition marketing, sales planning, and strategic partnerships for consumer lending portfolios.

In 2014, Jo McCauley joined The Warehouse Group Financial Services as the Head of Sales and Marketing. Jo played a key role in launching a new retail financial services business, including the Warehouse Money brand and white label insurance products.

Jo'smost recent role is at Southern Cross Travel Insurance, where they have held the positions of Chief Customer Officer and Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, they led the rebuilding of the business following a significant restructure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Throughout their career, Jo McCauley has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and customer experience skills in the insurance and financial services sectors.
