Mike Siprelle has extensive experience in business development and operations within the food service industry, currently serving as Regional Director of Business Development at Southern Foodservice Management since 1999. Prior to this role, Mike held the same title at Sodexo Corporate Services from 1996 to 1999 and worked as Operations Director at Morrisons Hospitality Services for 15 years. Earlier in their career, Mike gained valuable experience as an Air Traffic Controller with the FAA from 1969 to 1980. Mike is an alumnus of The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and also attended Father Ryan Prep.
