Rickey Carroll, SHRM-SCP, serves as the HR Director for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since October 2018, focusing on culture change and talent management. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at Asure Consulting Inc., where operational support and compliance were key, and Human Resources Manager at Personnel Management Systems, Inc., facilitating HR tools for multi-state clients. Early career positions encompass a range of HR functions at Colliers-International, Office Team, Wilkes Veterinary Hospital, and Xanterra Parks & Resorts, along with international experience as a Peace Corps volunteer teaching English in Macedonia. Rickey holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management, as well as an MBA in International Business from Appalachian State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Montana State University-Bozeman.
