Chelsea Westover

Chelsea Westover has extensive experience in contract and sales management, currently serving as Contract & Sales Manager at Southern Homes of Polk County, Inc. since May 2010. Responsibilities include conducting reviews and training, managing payroll, analyzing market data, and optimizing the contract closing process. Additionally, Chelsea plays a crucial role in liaising with lenders and title companies, utilizing sales software, and producing marketing materials. Prior to this, Chelsea completed an internship with the Florida House of Representatives, assisting with district office operations. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Florida Southern College.
