Nadine J. has a diverse work experience background. Nadine worked as a Community Investment Project Lead at Southern Housing, where they managed various initiatives to reduce social isolation and loneliness among the elderly. Nadine also served as a Parent Governor at Enfield County School, where they contributed to the school's strategic development and improvement. Additionally, Nadine was a Co-op Member Pioneer, building connections with community members and local causes to create positive impact. Nadine founded Nspire2rise CIC, a community interest company focused on supporting socially excluded individuals and families. As a Project Leader at ReachOut UK, Nadine worked with disadvantaged young people, providing mentoring and support to improve their academic and personal development. Nadine also worked as a Community Volunteer Advisor at Voluntary Action Islington, assisting in research, raising awareness of volunteering opportunities, and onboarding new volunteers. Nadine J. attended London Metropolitan University from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained a Community Development & Leadership BSc degree. Nadine also completed home learning in Advice and Guidance, earning an Edexcel Level 3 NVQ in 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Enfield County School from 1996 to 1998 for their GCSEs. In addition to their formal education, Nadine J. has obtained various certifications, including Leadership & Management - Level 5 from ILM, Compassionate Communities workshop from Cruse Bereavement Support, Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, and QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) from Immerse Training in 2022. Nadine also completed Family Group Conference Co-ordinator Training from Family Rights Group in 2021 and has additional certifications from previous years in areas such as parenting, facilitation, and coaching.
