Joy Symon Fall

Joy Symon Fall is the current Director of Human Resources at Southern Maine Health Care. Joy has previous experience working as a Senior HR Business Partner at Central Maine Healthcare, where they were responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service through collaboration, strategy development and use of analytics. Fall also served as Vice President Human Resources at ConvenientMD Urgent Care and Vice President, Compensation and Benefits Manager at Kennebunk Savings Bank. Prior to that, they were the Associate Executive / Executive Director at Northern York County YMCA. Fall has extensive experience in human resources and is committed to delivering the best possible service to their clients.

Joy Symon Fall's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a Marketing Concentration from Simmons College, as well as completion of Leadership Maine - Sigma Class and Priority Learning.

Their manager is Nate Howell, President and CEO. They work with Rick Olsen - Chief Financial Officer, Susan Keiler - Vice President, Strategic Development, and Jennifer Schmitz - Chief Nursing Officer.
