Natacha Cargile has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality industry over the years. Starting as a Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2010, they worked their way up to becoming a Catering Assistant before transitioning to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Catering Sales Manager in 2014. Natacha further honed their skills at Cherokee Town and Country Club as Director of Private Events before serving as the Corporate Sales Manager at Legacy Ventures Hospitality. Natacha also gained experience as a Sales Account Manager at Topgolf before taking on roles at Refined Experiences and eventually joining Southern Proper Hospitality Group, where they now hold the position of Regional Event Sales Director.
Natacha Cargile completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management at Tennessee State University from 2003 to 2007. Natacha also holds additional certifications including WSET Level 3 from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust and CMS Level 1 from Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas.
