Alaine Mort

Alaine Mort is currently employed as a Customer Care Project Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist at Southern States LLC since February 2019. Prior to this, Alaine worked at Clayton County Water Authority from December 2007 to July 2019, holding roles such as Training Specialist and Customer Service Supervisor. In the latter role, Alaine supervised and coordinated activities of employees engaged in Customer Service, prepared work schedules, maintained reports and records, and communicated with other departments and management to resolve problems. Alaine also worked on improving processes and procedures, coached and developed Customer Service Agents, and delivered employee communications. Additionally, Alaine is currently attending Atlanta training.
