Ramon Cocolan Jr

Ramon Cocolan Jr, CTP has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ramon started their career in 1999 at Brookshire Grocery Company as a Cashier and Day Stocker. In 2005, they joined Southside Bank as a Retail Banker and worked in various roles such as Assistant Branch Manager and AVP Business Services. Ramon progressed within the company and held positions of increasing responsibility, including VP Treasury Management and SVP Treasury Management Commercial Ops. In their current role as Director of Treasury Management Operations, they oversee all aspects of operations related to Treasury Management. Ramon's expertise lies in areas such as ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, and Mobile Banking. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills.

Ramon Cocolan Jr, CTP completed their education in various institutions. Ramon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance, General from the University of Texas at Tyler in the years 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Tyler Junior College from 2000 to 2002, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Recently, Ramon completed the SW Graduate School of Banking in the years 2019 to 2022. In addition to their educational achievements, Ramon also obtained the certification of Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals in June 2022.
