Joe Santos has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Joe started their career as a Lean Engineer at Hanesbrands Inc., where they led lean and industrial engineering initiatives. Joe then moved on to Andersen Corporation as a Continuous Improvement Manager, responsible for integrating Lean Thinking and Kaizen into the organization's culture. After that, they joined Dometic Corporation as a Continuous Improvement Manager, driving a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring leaders. Joe then served as a Continuous Improvement Coach at USAmeriBank, facilitating strategic and tactical implementation of business process improvements. Following that, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Fiserv, a global financial services technology provider. Joe also held the role of VP/Co-Owner at DK Strategic Solutions, overseeing operational processes and improvements. Most recently, they worked as a Business Project Manager at DuraBante LLC, making a material impact on client's continuous improvement efforts. Currently, they hold the position of VP Operations Process Improvement at SouthState Bank, where they lead process improvement initiatives across the enterprise.

Joe Santos has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Católica y Tecnológica del Cibao. Joe also possesses a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from Quality Global Business.
