Alice Dungey

Alice Dungey has a robust background in technology leadership and consulting spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Technology QMO at Southwest Airlines since November 2013, Alice has held various leadership positions within the organization, including roles related to technology operations and customer loyalty. Prior to Southwest Airlines, Alice was an Associate Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions and a Program Director at Nationstar Mortgage, where responsibilities included managing process changes and market strategies. Additional experience includes key consulting roles at Accenture, Citi, John Deere Financial, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Educational Testing Service, focusing on change management, operational efficiencies, and program management. Alice earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wichita State University.
