Grayson Dawes

Grayson Dawes, MBA, currently serves as a Desktop Support Technician at HireGenics, providing support for Teams meetings, live event media, and Audio Visual Break-Fix at Southwest Airlines Headquarters since August 2022. Prior to this role, Grayson has extensive experience in event production and technology, including serving as a Production Coordinator at Dallas Baptist University, where responsibilities included managing events, vendor communication, and staff training. Additional roles include A/V Technician and IT Helpdesk Student Worker, demonstrating a strong foundation in audio-visual technologies and IT support. Grayson also worked as a Lighting Designer for GENERATE Camp by YM360, where the focus was on production equipment and lighting programming. Grayson holds an MBA in Project Management and a BA in Broadcast and Digital Media from Dallas Baptist University.
