Ryan Delaney

Ryan Delaney is the Senior Manager of the Office of the CIO at Southwest Airlines. Ryan has held this position since September 2016. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Business Planning Transformation at Kimberly-Clark from November 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they led the global Business Planning Transformation team with a focus on improving speed, consistency, and accuracy for all of Kimberly-Clark's core planning activities.

Delaney's accomplishments include leading an initiative to enhance global planning and forecasting processes by delivering ~25% time savings and improving forecast accuracy, as well as leading the strategy, design and implementation of Anaplan, Kimberly-Clark’s enterprise planning tool, resulting in significant efficiency and effectiveness gains.

Ryan Delaney has a MBA in Private Equity Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
