Darrell Crumling has a diverse and extensive work history in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Darrell has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in transforming recruitment processes and scaling teams. At Southwest Research Institute, they serve as a Principal Tech Recruiter, playing a crucial role in recruiting top-tier talent for defense and space exploration projects. As the Lead Technology Recruiter at Routable, they spearheaded a significant engineering expansion, increasing the software engineering team from 21 to 92 professionals. Crumling has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Kinkor Consulting, where they guided early-stage SaaS startups in establishing effective recruitment frameworks and scaling their teams. At Elbit Systems of America, they successfully overhauled their global recruitment system, recruiting engineers in a short timeframe and ensuring compliance with the US Army's requirements. Earlier in their career, Crumling held leadership positions in talent acquisition at SwipeTrack Solutions and TriQuest. Darrell has also had a distinguished military career in the US Army, where they served as a Recruiting Manager and Master Recruiter, being recognized for recruiting the first two female Field Artillery Soldiers in the Army's history.
