Caitlin O'Connor

Caitlin O'Connor's work experience includes working as the Director of Public Relations and Communication Initiatives at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy as the Director, Senior Associate, and Associate from 2016 to 2023. Caitlin also served as a Legislative Correspondent & Community Affairs Liaison at the U.S. House of Representatives from 2011 to 2015, and as a Caseworker/Field Representative at the United States Senate from 2008 to 2011. Caitlin O'Connor also gained experience as a Student Volunteer at The White House in the Office of Presidential Correspondence from 2005 to 2007.

Caitlin O'Connor received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The George Washington University in 2008. Caitlin then pursued their Master's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications (PRCC) at Georgetown University, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
