Domenic D'Andrea P.e., P.t.o.e.

Domenic D'Andrea, P.E., P.T.O.E. serves as the Director of the Office of Transportation Planning at Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission, where Domenic oversees transportation program development, transit operations and safety, and transportation demand management for the 10-county region. Prior to this role, Domenic held positions at various companies such as Port Authority of Allegheny County, Trans Associates, CDM Smith, and AWK Consulting Engineers, Inc., where Domenic gained experience in municipal traffic engineering, traffic impact studies, parking management, traffic signal design, and construction, and master planning. Domenic holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
