Jamie R.

Jamie R.'s work experience includes various leadership roles in manufacturing and operations. They served as the Vice President of Operations at Southwire Company from April 2021 to February 2024, where they played a critical role in strategy, cultural leadership, and operational execution. Prior to that, Jamie held positions at Eaton, including Director of Manufacturing from September 2016 to April 2021, Plant Manager/General Manager from November 2013 to September 2016, and Plant Manager/General Manager from May 2011 to November 2013. They also worked at Eaton Electrical as an Operations Manager from May 2006 to May 2011, where they were responsible for various manufacturing operations in a large electrical control device manufacturing plant.
