Marlon Phlek

Marlon Phlek has a strong background in ad operations and product management. Marlon is currently working as a Senior Ad Operations Manager at Sovrn. Prior to that, they held the same role at Proper Media from January 2020 to July 2021. Marlon also has experience as a Product Manager of Display Advertising and Manager of Ad Operations at Online Guru, Inc. from September 2018 to May 2019 and from January 2015 to August 2018, respectively. Before that, they worked as an Ad Ops Product Support Specialist at Kelley Blue Book from July 2014 to December 2014. Marlon began their career at ACTIVE Network, where they held roles as Ad Operations, Senior and Ad Trafficker from April 2014 to July 2014 and from May 2010 to March 2014, respectively. Marlon also worked as an Ad Trafficker at Source Interlink Media from January 2007 to May 2010. Throughout their career, Marlon has demonstrated expertise in ad operations, web development, and driving revenue opportunities through targeted advertising strategies.

Marlon Phlek attended UC San Diego from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Web Publishing Certificate. In addition to their education, they obtained the IAB Advanced Programmatic Program certification from IAB in May 2016.
