Ian Persson

Ian Persson has held a variety of roles throughout their career. Ian began as a Windsurfing Instructor at ProCenter Rhodes in 2015 and then worked as a Janitor, Furniture Assembler and Mover at Le Garros AB in the same year. In 2016, they took on the role of Store Salesman at SURF.se Store. In 2017, they worked as an IT-Coordinator and Support at Volvo Cars and as a Project Employee at Inplenion International AG. In 2018, they became a Regional Representative at Ryska Posten AB. In 2019, they took on the role of Surfcenter - Manager at SURF.se Surfcenter. In 2020, they worked as an Air Freight Import/Export Trainee at Toll Global Forwarding. Finally, in 2021, they became a Student Marketeer at Red Bull and will be a Sales Development Representative at SPCE in 2022.

Ian Persson is currently studying at Chalmers University of Technology, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Shipping & Logistics. Ian is expected to graduate in 2021. In 2021, they will also be attending San Diego State University for General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Ian Persson holds a Coastal Yachtmaster Diploma from Sjöskolan på Beckholmen, obtained in May 2018. Ian also has a Sailing Coach/Instructor, Green certification from Stockholm Sailing Association (Stockholms Seglarförbund), obtained in February 2013, and a Basic training, Coach certification from SISU Idrottsutbildarna, obtained in November 2012.
