Elena Saputo

Elena Saputo is the Director of Product Management for Carbon Innovation at S&P Global, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Product Management - Value Chain at SustainCERT, where Elena led product development across the Scope 3 portfolio. At Rabobank, Elena held multiple roles, including Director of Business Development and Key Accounts, where management of supply chain solutions for decarbonization in the Food & Agriculture sector was key. Additional experience at Rabobank includes roles as VP of Global Sustainable Business Development - Corporate Finance, Senior Strategy Analyst, Research Analyst, and Corporate Management Trainee. Early career experiences include a graduate internship in Country Risk Research at Rabobank and an internship with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands. Elena holds a Master of Science in International Economics & Business from Utrecht University and additional education from Harvard Extension School and Utrecht University.
