Sampath Vadlamudi has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the India Head of Talent Acquisition at S&P Global since July 2019, leading a team of recruiters responsible for over 3000 permanent hires annually across various sectors. Prior roles include Lead - Talent Acquisition and Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition at S&P Global, as well as Senior Lead Recruiter at Eze Software and positions at Quick Heal in various capacities, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and process improvements. Early career experience includes roles in human resources at Wipro and freelance recruitment.
