Ansel Hills (LeRoy)

Ansel "LeRoy" Hills has a diverse work experience in the US Navy and Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Starting in 2014, they worked in various roles within the US Navy, including Requirements Analyst and Chief Information Officer positions. In 2019, they joined Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as an Integrated Warfare Analyst. In addition to their Navy experience, they also worked in Fleet Innovation and Requirements at COMSECONDFLT. Ansel has extensive experience in information warfare, innovation, and requirements analysis.

Ansel "LeRoy" Hills attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, from 2011 to 2012, they enrolled at the USAF Air War College and completed a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies, with a focus on General studies.
