Brandon Rowell

Brandon Rowell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brandon most recently worked as a System Engineer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. starting in February 2022. Prior to that, Brandon was a Federal Production Maturation Control Account Manager at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) from June 2021 to February 2022. In this role, they were involved in strategic material deployment for NNSA's Defense Programs. Before that, they served as a Graduate Fellow at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from June 2020 to May 2021, where they blended technical expertise, Congressional budgeting, federal program management, and contractor-federal interaction in support of the Nuclear Security Enterprise. Additionally, Brandon worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology from June 2018 to June 2020 and as an Instrumentation Specialist at the University of Tennessee from August 2017 to May 2018. Brandon also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Tennessee from March 2016 to February 2017 and as a Research Intern at the Shull Wollan Center - Joint Institute for Neutron Sciences from May 2014 to September 2015. Brandon's earlier experiences include working as a Server at Ruby Tuesday from September 2012 to August 2013 and as a Human Resources Intern at Radio Systems Corp from July 2012 to January 2013.

Brandon Rowell completed their education in a chronological order. From 2013 to 2018, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering. Following that, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rowell holds a certification in Security Clearance from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (DOD), with further details available upon request.
