Amy Brewster-Kelly

Amy Brewster-Kelly has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and people operations. Amy'smost recent role is as the Head of People Operations at Spaceback Social Display. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Prism Labs, Inc. Amy also served as the Recruiting & People Lead at Understory, Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Talent & HR at Naked Labs, where they played a key role in the development and promotion of the Naked 3D Fitness Tracker. Amy also worked at Lily, Inc. as a Talent & People Ops specialist, contributing to the launch of the world's first throw-and-shoot camera. Furthermore, Amy's experience includes leadership positions at Augmedix, Paxata, HookLogic, and The Melt, where they focused on talent acquisition and workforce planning. Amy started their career at Modis as a Business Development Manager and later transitioned into a Talent Sourcer role, responsible for generating candidate pipelines in the IT industry.

Amy Brewster-Kelly started their education journey at Powers Catholic High School from 1999 to 2002. Amy then attended Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and another Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. In 2006, they obtained a Teaching Certification in Secondary Education from the same university. Subsequently, Amy pursued a Masters degree in Special Education with a specialization in Emotionally Impaired and Learning Disabled from Michigan State University, which they completed from 2007 to 2009.
