Felicia Casciano

Felicia Casciano is an experienced leader in aerospace and defense, currently serving as the Director of Falcon Operations at SpaceX since July 2021, where previous roles included Sr. Manager and Manager of Production Operations, as well as Sr. Mission Integration Engineer. Prior to SpaceX, Felicia had a distinguished career with the US Navy from May 2012 to July 2021, holding positions such as Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer, Lead Ship Coordinator, Lead Nuclear Power Engineer, Reactor Electrical Officer, and Gunnery and Ordnance Officer. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Leadership from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Technology Leadership from Brown University.
