Vinayak Prasad is a seasoned fintech professional with extensive experience in payments, customer loyalty, and digital transformation. As the Founder of Frog8 Technology Services since April 2021, Vinayak has advised top-tier companies on regional payments strategies and established key partnerships. Additionally, since May 2023, Vinayak serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, contributing to the empowerment of women in rural India. Previous roles include Founder Director of the Automation and Payments Division at Technocrafts, Managing Director & CEO of Forbes Technosys, Executive Director at Verifone South Asia, Group Head for Payments and Card Products at ICICI Bank, and Director at Capital One, where Vinayak played a pivotal role in launching innovative financial products. Vinayak holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School, an MMS in Finance from SVKM's NMIMS, and a BSc in Physics from St. Xavier's College.
