Manikanta Reddy Gade

Manikanta Reddy Gade has a range of HR experience that spans over a decade. Manikanta Reddy started their career as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Aditya Birla Retail Limited in 2013. From there, they moved on to work as a Senior Executive in Human Resources and Administration at INNOVATIVE FOODS LIMITED in 2017. Later that year, they joined Reliance Retail as Deputy Manager in Human Resources, where they worked until 2023. Finally, they took on the role of Zonal Business HR Lead at SPAR India (Max Hypermarket India Pvt Limited) in March 2023.

Manikanta Reddy Gade completed their Bachelor's Degree in ECE from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering in 2011. Manikanta Reddy then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR from SRM University from 2011 to 2013.
