Nicolette Ghimire is a seasoned professional in product development and marketing with extensive experience across the hospitality and cruise industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development at Spark Cooperative, Nicolette focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences for hospitality brands. Previously, as Senior Manager of Content and Product Marketing at Booster, leadership was provided to the marketing department. At REEF, as Director of Product Development and Chief of Staff, Nicolette represented the Senior Vice President across various sectors, building an experiential product development team. With a notable tenure at Royal Caribbean Group, Nicolette managed significant product development and marketing initiatives, contributing to successful destination launches and rebranding efforts. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University, supplemented by studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
