Allen Makabayi

Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences from Kyambogo University in Uganda. She obtained a post graduate diploma in project planning & human resource management from the Uganda Management Institute. In 2020 Allen received a Master’s Degree in community development from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. Allen has served in various capacities at Spark Microgrants, first as one the founding team members in Uganda, then as the FCAP design director, and currently as the program expansion advisor.
