Olga Yakimakho

Olga Yakimakho has a diverse work experience. Olga is currently working as the Talent Development Program Lead at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. Since 2016, Olga worked for Special Olympics as the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development, where they spearheaded leadership development and training programs. Prior to that, they held roles at Pact Inc. as the Senior Program Manager and Deputy Chief of Party, managing various projects and programs. Olga also worked at Eurasia Foundation, Open Society Foundations, and IREX/Internet Access and Training Program, where they carried out program and coordination responsibilities. Olga began their career at Belarus Exchange Bank as a Specialist.

Olga Yakimakho holds a BA in Secondary Education and Teaching from Minsk State Linguistic University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Olga also has an MPA in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, achieved between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their degrees, Olga has obtained several certifications, including Insights Discovery Certified Practitioner from Insights in 2022, Inclusive Female Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021, Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset Trainer from The Arbinger Institute in 2021, PMD Pro Certificate from APMG International in 2019, and Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies in October 2020.
