Chuck Burkhart

Chuck Burkhart has served as IT Director/CIO at Sparton Corporation since August 2019 with focus on empowering Employees with technology that enables them to create and support Sparton’s innovative products. While responsible for all aspects of Information Technology, he recently led IT through a major merger and divestiture.

Prior to Sparton, he led IT for City Government, various non-profits, and major consulting firms. Before this, he worked in private industry specializing in building effective IT Teams for growing organizations.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Evansville and a graduate of both Yale’s Executive Leadership Program and Emory’s Goizueta Executive Leadership Program.
