Mike O'Connell

Mike O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mike began their career as a 2nd Shift Supervisor at Layton Label in 1988. In 1989, they moved to International Paper where they served as a Production Manager until 1993. That same year, they joined ATL (Ad Tape & Label) where they initially worked as a Plant Manager, establishing policies and procedures while training team leaders. Mike then transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on designing and creating disposable medical devices and printed labels. Mike remained with ATL for over 26 years until their retirement in 2020. Mike briefly came out of retirement in 2021 to work as a Clinical Operations Associate at Spaulding Medical.
