Alex Henke has over 10 years of experience in the business operations and customer success field. In 2008, they began their career as an International Operations Intern at the Georgia Department of Economic Development and a Part Time Intern, Consulting Department at the German-American Chamber of Commerce South. In 2009, they worked as a Policy Analysis Intern at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. In 2010, they were a Cyber Cohort Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2011, they worked as a Human Capital Analyst at Deloitte. In 2013, they were a Client Solutions Manager at Facebook. In 2015, they were a Customer Success Manager at Pristine.io. In 2016, they were a Customer Success Team Lead at Atlassian. Since 2019, they have been working at Speakap as the Director of Revenue Operations, Head of Commercial Operations, and Revenue Operations - CSM. In their roles, they have coached teams, designed business processes, managed projects, implemented pricing structures, created training materials, designed and implemented criteria and processes for forecasting risk of customer churn, rolled out performance incentive structures, led project management, planned and facilitated off-site meetings, and led technical and process changes.
Alex Henke graduated from Northview High School before attending Georgia Institute of Technology where they earned a B.S. in Economics and International Affairs. In 2018, they completed a Master of Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam in Neuroeconomics. In July 2022, they obtained a certification from the Center for Humane Technology in Foundations of Humane Technology.
