Russell Ridenour

Russell Ridenour has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Russell'smost recent role is as a Project Manager at Spear Technologies since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Insurium™ from March 2021 to February 2023. Before transitioning into project management, Russell held roles at Cova Software, where they were a Project Coordinator from July 2019 to March 2021 and an Implementation Specialist from September 2018 to July 2019. Russell also worked at talentReef as a Project Manager from December 2017 to July 2018, an Activation Manager from June 2017 to December 2017, an Implementation Consultant from December 2016 to June 2017, and a Customer Operations Analyst from June 2016 to December 2016.

Russell's earlier experiences include working as a Student at the University of Puget Sound from August 2012 to May 2016. Russell also had internships at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the World Trade Center Tacoma, where they gained experience as an International Trade Intern and a Market Research Intern, respectively.

Before entering the corporate world, Russell worked as a Manager at Sasquatch Landscaping and Property Maintenance from March 2006 to August 2014. Russell also had a brief role as an Athletic Department Salesman at Bob Ward's Sports & Outdoors in June 2012, where they handled various responsibilities such as sales analysis, customer interaction, financing calculations, and marketing.

Russell Ridenour attended Bozeman High School from 2008 to 2012. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Puget Sound from 2012 to 2016. During their time at the university, they focused on International Political Economy but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their formal education, Russell has obtained two certifications: a Business Analyst Certification from Udemy in September 2022 and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) credential from the Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
