Raju Rudrarapu has 10+ years of experience in handling end-end recruitment. Raju began their career in 2013 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Future Focus Infotech Private Limited, where they were involved in domestic recruitment for clients such as TCS and Infosys, hiring talent on all technologies and involved in contract staffing. In 2017, they moved to PARAM INFO COMPUTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for Dubai Recruitment/GCC Recruitment/MEA Recruitment, with 6+ years of experience into domestic and international hiring. In 2018, they became an Account Manager (Domestic Recruitments) at Wiselink Global Services Pvt Ltd. In 2019, they were an Assistant Manager Recruitment at Future Focus Infotech Private Limited. Currently, they are a Lead Internal Recruitments at Spearhead Technology, responsible for fulfilling the internal IT requirements in Spearhead Technology India.

Raju Rudrarapu received their MBA in Human Resource Mgt from Kakatiya University between 2008 and 2010.
