Stephen Elms

Stephen Elms has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Stephen started their career at Davox Corporation in 2000 as a System Integration Manager, where they worked until 2004. In 2010, they joined Specialized Loan Servicing, initially as a Vice President and later as a Sr. Vice President Contact Center Operations. Stephen is currently in this role, overseeing the company's contact center operations. Additionally, Stephen has also served as the President of Higher Level Solutions, Inc., although the specific dates of this role are unknown.

Stephen Elms attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
