Brian Malinowski MBA

Brian Malinowski, MBA has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Brian is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations-Midwest at Specialty1 Partners since August 2022. Prior to this, from June 2020 to August 2022, they worked as the Director of Food Operations at Luke Family of Brands.

Before these positions, Brian held the role of Area Manager at Chicagoland Commissary, LLC dba Dunkin Donuts from October 2017 to June 2020. Brian also served as the Director of Operations at Carbon Live Fire Mexican Grill from November 2011 to October 2017.

Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington from 1997 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management.
