Dagmar McAnally

Dagmar McAnally has extensive experience in technology and project management roles. Dagmar is currently serving as the Technology Director for Northern Europe at Specsavers, where they are responsible for delivering critical change programs and projects. Previously, they held the position of Technology Director for Global Change Delivery at Specsavers, overseeing system changes and new solutions for finance and HR functions. Prior to joining Specsavers, Dagmar worked at Royal Mail as a Portfolio Director for Business IT, leading various change projects for operational improvement. Dagmar also held roles at Bupa UK as Head of Planning & Governance and Head of IS Programmes, responsible for establishing governance processes and managing change portfolios across the organization. At DHL Global Forwarding, Dagmar served as the Global CoE Head for Finance & Business Intelligence IT and Director of IT Portfolio Delivery Management. Dagmar also gained experience at Galileo International/Travelport, working in senior project management positions. Dagmar has a strong track record in delivering complex projects and driving digital transformation within organizations.

Dagmar McAnally completed an Executive Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, starting in 2015. In 1991-1992, they pursued an MPhil degree in Business & Logistics at Loughborough University.
