John Hamme is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at Spectrum Resorts since April 2016. Previously, John held the position of Executive Chef at Perdido Beach Resort from September 2011 to March 2016. Prior to these roles, John was associated with Capella Hotel Group from 2003 to 2010 at The Hotel at Auburn University and worked as an Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from 1999 to 2003. John received culinary training through The Greenbrier Resort Apprenticeship.
