April Bock

April Bock has diverse work experience in various roles. April started their career in 2004 at Aspect Software as a Technical Support Engineer - Advanced, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, April joined Waterfield Technologies as an Implementation Consultant, specializing in workforce optimization. April later became the Workforce Optimization Lead before assuming their current role as Director of Workforce Engagement. Additionally, April has also pursued their passion for coaching by working as a Personal Coach under their own venture, April Bock Coaching, since 2019.

April Bock has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) obtained in 2013. In 2019, they became a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching. Additionally, April has obtained several certifications in various fields such as leadership dynamics, project management, coaching, and customer interaction optimization.
