Cynthia Stryker

Cynthia Stryker is currently the VP, Marketing at Waterfield Tech. Prior to this, they were with Waterfield Technologies, BI WORLDWIDE, and Vale Training Solutions.

At Vale Training Solutions, Cynthia served as a Marketing Specialist. Cynthia was responsible for evolving their brand identity, launching their first digital marketing campaign, and running live events and channel marketing.

In 2010, Cynthia left Vale Training Solutions to join BI WORLDWIDE as their Director of Employee Engagement. Cynthia was tasked with launching a start-up division geared towards helping businesses optimize their employee engagement and strengthen their employer marketing strategy. Cynthia quickly established thought leadership and pipeline in a brand new market space.

In 2014, Cynthia left BI WORLDWIDE to join Waterfield Technologies as their Head of Marketing. Cynthia was with Waterfield Technologies until 2019 when they left to join Waterfield Tech as their Director & Head of Marketing.

Cynthia Stryker works with Vladimir Babiuc - VP, Finance & Accounting, Mark Osen - Chief Operations Officer, and JP Reddy - General Manager, Cisco Practice. Their manager is Steve Kezirian, President & CEO.
